1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing the Jain Housie mobile application or browsing our website at jainhousie.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our application and digital services.
2. Devotional Purpose & Non-Gambling Policy
Jain Housie is created purely as a spiritual and educational tool to facilitate the learning of Jain philosophy, Tirthankara histories, Navkar Mahamantra, and sacred pilgrimage sites (Teerths) in an engaging, family-friendly Housie format.
3. Platform Availability & Mobile-Exclusive Play
The interactive game engine, live room synchronization, automated number calling, and digital ticket marking are delivered exclusively through the official Jain Housie mobile application on Android and iOS devices. The website serves as a public knowledge hub, theme preview directory, and organizer resource center.
4. User Conduct & Room Etiquette
Users are expected to maintain the utmost reverence and decorum suited to sacred Jain traditions:
- Do not use vulgar, offensive, or derogatory usernames or nicknames.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload game room servers or reverse-engineer the application.
- Public room hosts and participants must foster a cordial, respectful, and family-appropriate environment.
5. Spiritual Content & Intellectual Property
The custom theme designs, vector illustrations, question databases, and application software are the intellectual property of the Jain Housie project team or used under reverent permissions. Sacred mantras, shlokas, and Tirthankara references remain the heritage of the universal Jain tradition.
6. Community Gatherings & Sangha Usage
Sanghas, Pathshalas, Shibir organizers, and Jain youth groups are warmly encouraged to use our applications for non-commercial, religious, and educational community gatherings.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application and website are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service and impeccable theological accuracy in all question sets, we do not warrant that gameplay will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times across all cellular network conditions.
